Reflection

Why do we do Cross Country?

→ we do it because to get fit and to stay strong  and to preserving energy

 

What was the experience like?

→it was like your leg is not ready to run and you have to run fast 

 

How can I improve for next year’s Cross Country?

→ I don’t give up and run.

 

After running this year’s Cross Country, what is a goal I can make for myself in terms of Physical Education?

→ don’t give up and don’t run slow and give it my best and i am going to do some running at home.  

Last week on Friday the 1st July we went to MOTAT and we went on our trip with room 11. MOTAT is a place that has trains and old stuff. MOTAT stands for The Museum of technology and transport. MOTAT is all the way in western springs next to the zoo.

 

When I got to school, we had to line up in our Groups that we were put in, Then we went on the bus to go to MOTAT. Then when we arrived there was this man named Damen and he was the one that showed us around. My group was group B and we firstly went to this place that shows old phones and how people communicated with each other without technology. We whispered into a big circle and whoever was on the other end could hear the conversation. I really enjoyed the tram ride because it was so cool. I also enjoyed the MOTAT village because there were old houses that were built. and there was a church, and there was a place where we saw old scooters and the scooters that we had today.

 

The next rotation we went and saw the old typewriters, and i saw this man in a cave and he was drawing pictures on the wall and there was a fire Place in the cave and the cave was a small.and i saw a joystick and  there was like Colours and the colours were like blue,green,Yellow and purple. And there was the abc on the side and Each letter had a colour on it and we Could spell name on it. and some letters of the alphabet had two colours so like if you want to spell your name  then you move the joystick to the colours to spell your name.and the alphabet Would have the colours next to them, and we also did some coding with     

 

Conclusion:

In conclusion, I really enjoyed going to MOTAT and I want to go back.and it was also fun.
